Florence Construction Corporation (FCC) a certified WBE/DBE was incorporated in August of 1998 founded by Florence Chilton.

 

Mrs. Chilton has over 30 years of experience in many facets of the construction industry. She is a valuable resource available to all in the construction industry. Mrs. Chilton has extensive experience in all aspects of civil contracting from biding to closeout.

FCC began as a full-service construction company specializing in excavation, utility installation, landscaping supplies, truck and equipment rental.

 

Florence Construction holds certifications with New York State Department of Transportation, NY&NJ Port Authority, Metropolitan Transportation Authority and New York City.

At FCC, we understand the importance of prompt reporting. Based on our experience we strive to make all your WBE/DBE reporting needs easier to comply with. Rest assure we can assist you with your attainment requirements for compliance on your project. 

She has been involved with the WBE/DBE program since 1999 and has helped numerous organizations with the WBE/DBE compliance from good faith effort to utilization. 

We understand that projects don’t always go smoothly, that is why we are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year to meet your needs. 

We are signatory to labor agreements with Local Union 282 IBT, Local Union 14, Local Union 15, 138 IUOE, 1049 IBEW and Local 731. Our employees place customer satisfaction and safety as the first priority.
